The location and surrounding at the hotel e.g water and trees
-Some of the staff are not friendly at all it’s as if they are not working at customer service industry.
-It’s a resort and spa but there is no spa at the hotel, instead they take you to the spa somewhere else outside the hotel which is a bit more than 10min drive

Awesome location, good location to visit the area and the staff were all lovely. Amazing to wake up each morning with the mountain view. We also had a lot of fun watching the monkey each morning and evening so make sure to place all items inside or risk loosing them 😉.
Massage wasn’t available on site (took a ride of about 15 minutes one way from the resort), we had one incident with cleaning where our room wasn’t locked at the end and with keys left in the room. However I would still highly recommend a stay the location.
