موقف غير موفق من شخص من الجنسية العربية في تسجيل الخروج من الفندق بتفضيل جنسية اجنبية علي الآخرين مع العلم الأسبقية لي تسجيل الخروج ولكن لايعمم علي الخدمة المقدمة من الفندق بشكل عام بتصرف فردي لشخص ما من موظفين الاستقبال

I checked in at around 2:00 AM, already exhausted, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpet near the door leading outside was visibly damp, and both the blanket and bed sheets felt damp to the touch. In addition, there was a persistent musty, mold-like smell throughout the room.
As a result, I was only able to sleep for a few hours before waking up and being unable to continue resting due to the discomfort.
This falls far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Cleanliness, proper maintenance, and basic guest comfort were clearly not upheld. Such conditions are not only unpleasant but also raise concerns about hygiene.
I expect the hotel management to take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate response or resolution.
