the room was great and the staff were very hospitable, the breakfast is very simple, yet you may ask for a fresh omelet to be cooked for you
need to be mindful of few things if you are planning to book your stay here: our room was on a 3rd floor, hence some stairs to climb :) the location of the hotel is in the middle of the old city of Alcudia, hence not a beach area, we had a car rented so no problem; in case you rent a car, note that parking is few hundred meters away from the hotel, as you would have to have a special permit to drive into the old town, otherwise you need to park outside of the walls of the old town

Excellent space, very quiet, powerful AC (which was critical during this heat), strong wifi in the room. Comfy bed, really large bathroom and nicely appointed bathroom. We only interacted with a staff member once but she was really helpful and accomodating.
The water coming out of the faucets had a diesel-like aroma and flavor, which was extremely unpleasant.

Didn’t have robes, slippers as advertised and breakfast buffet wasn’t promptly replenished. You had to ask for eggs at breakfast, no one asked if we wanted anything
