Very obligingly altered the day of our booking, due to a flight change, the day before we should have stayed. The Receptionist helped our Son to do this as we were in Portugal. Excellent service.

Great location a short walk/taxi ride from the train station also parking on site at a small cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when we were unable to check in right away due to some technical issues the staff were very apologetic and offered drinks from the bar whilst we waited. Also room service was very quick and food was nice.
The rooms were a bit dated and also when going to bed to sleep, we noticed 2 of the beds had multiple small hairs in them (on the bedsheet) did not raise this at the time as had gotten back late at night (too late to have them changed) we just wiped them off. also one of the bed covers had a hole in. Also one of the main lights in our room did not work.
