Friendly and efficient welcome. Free toffees location
Inadequate toiletries/ tea coffee milk ( although the manager gave us more). Poor flush in toilet and shower not hot on arrival although was hot later on. Also a weak shower. We switched our booking from the 3 star pier hotel to the 4 star Berkeley ( same price) but don’t think it was up to four stars.

The host is very lovely. I received a phone call regarding my check-in. It is one of the day that all taxis are busy. I managed to check in after 7pm. She understands. It was a tiring day after my locum shift in the hospital. I have a nice, spacious room, very clean, in a good location. I had a very good night's sleep and was ready to work the next day. Well recommended.
