Very easy to get to, easy to get in. Warm, comfortable and pleasant… real windows we could open or shut.
Breakfast could have been earlier, we didn’t get breakfast the day we left as we had to be at the train station by 7:30, breakfast didn’t start till 7:30am . I did have a slight issue with the shower/bath, I have a minor issue with my knee so was a bit hard to get in and out shower but luckily hubby was a fantastic safety rail. In the evening there wasn’t hot enough water for a shower, it was warmish, mornings were hot!!

Shower cubicle was a little tight for a large man but as we'd booked late I overlooked this as a minor inconvenience.

I like the location of the property and the eye for detail in the room we stayed in.
There was lovely lighting into the room and high privacy with trees blocking the outside looking in.
There were a few things I wernt keen on. First off, it was described to provide an extra large bed, but the bed was two single beds pushed together which lead to a very uncomfortable sleep.
There was a mini fridge and a kettle with minimal tea bags to serve. A selection of herbal tea would have been great. The room could do with a unit to be placed in the corner instead of the ‘kitchen’ space being on the floor.
I didn’t like that you couldn’t lock the door from inside your room with the key, it felt a bit unsafe. Thankfully, we were safe. But I would of had more comfort in knowing I could lock the door.
