Amazing room. Like a suite with a separate sitting room. Sea and downland views from the bedroom and sea view from sitting room. Spotless rooms and bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Super quiet too. I eat in the conservatory in the evening and the menu was very varied. Everything I had was cooked perfectly. The breakfast offered excellent choice on the cold front, but i did not try, cold meats, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juices, fruit salad, grapefruit. It was limited on the cooked front and I had the full English. I would have liked to have seen Eggs Benedict or Eggs Royale as like these when away, but this is a suggestion for improvement. For the price I paid I was very satisfied. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Thank you.

This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in - been going to the tennis at Eastbourne for 20+ years and will be hopefully booking here next year too.
Friends who also stayed had a very hot uncomfortable night due to heat in the room - evidently this is a known issue as she was advised that room among others will be getting aircon shortly so hopefully a repeat of that won’t happen when we return
