The food was very good, with generous portions and great quality.
The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with in English.
They even helped me by receiving a parcel on my behalf and storing it until I arrived.
You can also freely use the bikes to ride around town, which is a really nice bonus.
You need to make a reservation well in advance — rooms are very hard to find, especially during busy periods.
It can be difficult to secure availability if you plan your trip last‑minute.

The hotel is situated in a scenic spot, with lovely lake and mountain views. The hotel is maintained well and the check in was quite easy though we arrived a bit late. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet was good.

Location, location, location
Dinner menu was a bit basic. But to be fair they are catering for families. I would have liked more Austrian cuisine and the presentation could’ve been better.

very clean rooms, even with a group of three the room was still spacious enough. enough space for clothes. room pretty newly renovated.
don't go have dinner there. the food is exceptionally bad. we were amazed by the piece of meat they sold as Schnitzel. the staff was smoking in the dining area, everything in the dining and breakfast area was smelling like cigarettes. breakfast was mediocre, but they prepare you fresh fried eggs if you want.
in general, the staff and the service were very "loveless", almost unkind. every time we needed something like information or the Menue we felt like we weren't welcomed and the staff person reacted as if we were interrupting while they were just smoking a cigarette.
