Beautiful place, very clean, the food is just a so good, big selection of different type of food, and very tasty. The pasta station is outstanding. The staffs are very friendly.
The rooms are very spacious and nice decoration. Tarek our housekeeper was just amazing and very helpful, a special thank you to him and to the manager at reception, very friendly and helpful as well.

Amazing place, beautiful landscape of the swimming pools and the decoration around the hotel. Our housekeeper Tarek was very nice, always worried if was everything ok and very helpful.
The rooms have a great size and nice decoration, very clean and the view of the swimming pool was just stunning.
The hotel manager as well, I forgot his name, he stays on the reception, was very friendly and helpful and very cheerful.

Everything was exceptional! All staff in all departments were extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive.

Tarek our housekeeper/cleaner (room 324) was amazing.
We were very ill sadly from something we ate (possibly outside the hotel)
Tarek attended to our room every day, sometimes twice a day to ensure everything was clean and that we had everything we needed.
He was amazing.
The staff in the restaurant and bar were also brilliant.
The hotel is excellent value for money, you get more than expected for this price point.
Food was very basic.
