We absolutely loved our trip! The reception team was amazing, and all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning service was outstanding, and the resort was spotless.
Our children were so upset when it was time to leave. They cried so much because they didn’t want to go home! That shows how much they enjoyed their stay.
The resort is absolutely fantastic, with excellent facilities for everyone. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely, relaxing and family-friendly.
We highly recommend this resort to everyone. If you are looking for a wonderful family holiday, this is definitely the place to visit!
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Amazing facilities - great slides for a hotel, mini golf, tennis, five a side football and so many pools! Great place to take a young family! Food range could be better especially for vegetarians. The hotel manager was available and very responsive via WhatsApp so service was excellent.
Very large resort means that there is a lot of walking - the hotel could potentially think about having a few roaming buggies.

Friendly staff and good facilities for children, rooms clean and good location.
There were a few incidents such as excessive sales people for Spa and Beauty treatments, taxi service is approximately four times more expensive than standard taxi.

The beds were comfortable, however there is insects fly insects indicates the cleaning is not good , the staff need reminders a lot I stay for 6 nights however he bring to me shower gel at the last day after highlighting much time. There was issues in the room toilet , yes it’s resolved but indicates poor maintenance
