The Food: The buffet offered fantastic variety, and the taste was incredible. I can honestly say this is the #2 resort in all of Egypt when it comes to food quality and variety!
The Exceptional Team: The staff hospitality was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless.
Restaurant Staff: Special thanks to Muhammad Yahia, Ibrahim, Ahmad, Walid, Abdul Rahman, Islam, and the rest of the team for their dedicated service.
Resort Transportation: Managed brilliantly by Ammi Fathi—a wonderful, unforgettable person!
Kids Club: Esraa and Nada were fantastic with the children.
Pool Safety: A warm thank you to Mustafa, the lifeguard at our family pool, for keeping us safe.
Lobby Elevators: They were frequently out of order, which was a bit inconvenient.
Entertainment Schedule: The posted activity program on display was inaccurate and didn't match the actual timings.

We had a fantastic stay at SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort – Grand Select. We received a lovely upgrade to a swim-up room, which made our experience even more special. Every member of staff was incredible, friendly, and always helpful. The food was great, and we really enjoyed the pool activities and music.
As we were checking out early, the hotel kindly provided us with a takeaway breakfast. We appreciated the gesture, although it could be improved by offering ready-to-eat sandwiches instead of separate foam plates with cheese, roast beef, and other items. This would make it much easier and more convenient for guests travelling early.
Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.
