One of the top hotels in Sharm, visited for our honeymoon, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back.
To break it down:
- cleanliness: 10/10.
- staff friendliness: 10/10 as well, esp Mahmoud from reception, Mohamed’s Adil and Osama in the horizon restaurant, they made our experience much better.
- Activities: 10/10, the sea swimming area is monitored with two life guards, safe and fictitious sea bed, there is an entertainment program in the evenings as well as swimming pool DJ parties.
- location: close to most amenities.

Everything was just perfect, the staff in the posh club were exceptional! The upgrade is so worth it.
We loved everything bar the hair salon, stay away from it. They made an absolute disaster out of my once beautiful hair. Everything else I can not fault.
Hair salon, I was supposed to be getting a protein treatment on my hair and it frazzled it and changed the colour to an orange colour. To say I am devastated is an understatement. I used to love my hair and now I try to hide it.
