The location is amazing, metres from the Duomo. The owner was really lovely and helpful.

Absolute gem of a location in central historic area of Florence. Property had character but needs a reasonable level of fitness to access the stairs.
The stairs were an effort with a suitcase but the owner was obliging in helping carry our suitcase.

Location was amazing and the room was spacious, nice staff.
The lights didn’t automatically go on when walking down the stairs and one of us took a spill.

It is a great location very close to the square.
There is so elevator so lots of stairs if you have luggage- there is no window in the room and our bathroom was separate to our room.
