Locatrion, parking and breakfast included.
I knwo it is cheap hotel, but Airconditioning would be great.

We needed a simple accommodation on the outskirts of Bilbao where we could park our car and spend the night. We found exactly what we were looking for.
The breakfast was rather modest and could benefit from more variety, especially fresh vegetables. The hotel is located near a roundabout with bus stops, so traffic noise is almost constant. A quieter room facing the courtyard would be a better choice for a more peaceful stay.
We were especially impressed by some members of the staff. A young employee even thanked us in Lithuanian and kindly started a conversation, which was a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the older gentleman who assisted with the parking arrangements was quite unfriendly and reluctant to explain how to access the garage. His attitude made us feel uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong, which was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise positive interactions.

Breakfast was adequate. Room, good size, comfortable bed, very clean. Location very good, only 10 minutes away from ferry port, also very near to town centre for restaurants. Secure car park on site.

Small hotel that was Convenient location for ferries and best accessed from the west .. on the edge of town.
Secure under hotel parking for motorcycle.
Minimal staff plesent & helpful
It felt it needed some upgrades, like AC.
Not clear how to access hotel upon arrival. Address took you to the carpark enterance. Maybe some info upon booking, ie “if reservation, press hotel button at car park enterance and follow yellow line for hotel. Additional charges apply for carpark. Access to reception from garage”..!
