Great location, room didn’t quite meet expectations

Property is in a fantastic location, staff are very welcoming and helpful and the room is big enough.

The room was far too hot, even when leaving the air conditioning on at all times. We had to have cold showers in the middle of the night to cool down. There was also no outside window so no natural light.

An excellent place to stay. Polite helpful staff. I shall book again on my next visit.

Very convenient location for getting to the port and into Mahón. Just a short walk to both. The room was spotlessly clean and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower. There was a good choice of food, coffee and tea for breakfast and if there was a query, the staff were very helpful. The cafeteria is a bright, cheerful room and the option of eating on the terrace is nice.

Clean, bright and airy accommodation with good breakfast and in an excellent central location.

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent location, the suite was spacious and just right for our needs. Comfy beds.

Close to places to visit. Staff was friendly.

Aircondition was not working well but luckily the reception gave an electric fan as it was too hot during the night. Very limited choices for breakfast, not much of warm choices only different breads.

Great value, modern super clean rooms in ideal location.

Modern fresh feel to the place. Great location for exploring the old part of the city and boat trips. Helpful staff and we were able to check in early.

The staff was really welcoming and approachable, all of the members speak English fluently and are able to help for any enquiry. The room was lovely and the location was really central. It is possible to park the car nearby with a reduced rate for the hosts.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Prices could be a bit lower however the hotel is really well kept and in a lovely area so it may worth to pay a bit more especially in the high season

the staff was excellent!!! the place is wonderfully located, clean and comfortable.

parking was tricky, no as close as I would have liked. they had on their own parking but space is very limited. the breakfast was simple and nice with local cheeses and fresh fruit, but I would like more of a hot breakfast option.

An excellent place to stay, for both couples and solo travellers.

I cannot fault anything about this place. This is perfect for singles and couples, who want to be in the centre of Máhon. The check-in staff were amazing and do everything to support you, from the carpark payments through to sightseeing ideas. The cleaners are also amazing. You will come back to a super clean room i cannot find fault with any of it.

Great location, friendly staff. The rooms were a great size and we had plenty of space. The beds were super comfortable and clean.

It’s just a little bit noisy if your room faces the street. But this is because of the central location.
