Girlie trip to chill and have some fun

The hotel was spotlessly clean staff were friendly and very helpful. The choices at breakfast were amazing catering for everyone. Situated at the top of the hill looking out over the harbour the view is beautiful.

The pool was freezing and it’s 20 euros to use the indoor spa pool so we didn’t get to have a swim

au plaisir de revenir nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.

Nous avons tout aimé.Le petit déjeuné, la vue, le restaurant (tarif un peu élevé), la chambre les équipements, la clim silencieuse alors la clim BRAVO pas un bruit cela mérite d'être dit.le personnel au top. La piscine. BRAVO à l'établissement, ne pas en profiter pour augmenter vos tarif :)

La pièce pour se changer au spa trop petite, un peu compliqué surtout quand les 3 ou 4 couples partent au même moment !!!!!!!!.

Mala relación calidad-precio debido al estado de las instalaciones y la habitación asignada.

El desayuno muy bien, productos de buena calidad y muy completo. La localización es muy buena, muy cerca del puerto y con buenos restaurantes a 10' andando.

Aunque el hotel tiene vistas al mar y nosotros contratamos una habitación con esas características, apenas se veía porque la habitación estaba en la planta -2 y con los setos que hay o eres alto o te cuesta divisar el mar correctamente. En el anuncio indicaba que tenía SPA pero no indicaba que sólo disponías de 30' de forma gratuita, además no funcionaba ninguno de los chorros, y tampoco estaba indicado en ningún momento de la reserva.

Splendido soggiorno con veduta panoramica sul porto di Mahon

La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 5 minuti e si può parcheggiare l’auto.il punto di forza è il panorama della terrazza del ristorante nel quale si fa anche colazione.Camere curate e pulite.Nulla da eccepire.

generally very enjoyable and would recommend

welcome, room quality, assistance given, the view, breakfast staff excellent,

shower flooded bathroom until we blocked water escaping with bath mat, cooked breakfast limited and not renewed quickly, coffee machine empty several times during 4 mornings

Super expérience avec nos enfants, idéalement situé et très confortable.

Le personnel est au petit soin, le petit-déjeuner continental change tous les jours et est très copieux. La piscine est très agréable et la salle de sport bien équipée.

Bel hôtel bien situé.

Emplacement proche du centre ville. Très belle décoration. Spacieux. Calme. Très propre.

Le lit grinçant au moindre mouvement. Pas de petit déjeuner compris pour le prix c'est dommage. Stationnement un peu compliqué.

Would highly recommend!

Breakfast was fantastic - loads of choice. Our room was lovely and the shower was great. Beds were really comfortable. All the staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The interior design of this hotel was just beautiful- all the finishing touches were spot on!

We had booked a week here but in the small print on Booking.com it said that the pool would be shut from the first of October, the day we arrived so we amended our booking to 4 nights and transferred to another hotel with a pool for the final 3 nights. When we arrived on the first, the pool was still open and stayed open all week so we could have stayed after all!

Staff e servizi PESSIMI.

Le camere erano perfette,non ho trovato difetti.

Lo straff maleducato e menefreghista, a partire dalla reception,tranne una signora che è stata disponibile e gentile erano tutti pessimi, al ristorante si mangia discretamente,il cameriere e la cameriera italiana erano disponibili e gentili,la cucina un po’ meno,lavanderia cara ed ha scambiato tutti i nostri vestiti ,quando abbiamo fatto presente alla reception ci è stato detto che già erano così (li abbiamo lasciati a loro). Mi è caduto il telefono in acqua ed ho chiesto gentilmente un bicchiere di riso per poter assorbire l’acqua,mi è stato detto che non potevano ,che in cucina ne avevano poco(sul menù c’era la paella). Cibo del servizio in camera carissimo e pessimo,immangiabile!!! La posizione dell hotel costringe a prendere un taxi perché nei dintorni non c’è nulla. Vogliono essere un 4 stelle(da un anno) ma continuano ad averne 3. Le cameriere venivano a fare le stanze intorno alle 14:30-15:00 (quando tornavamo da fuori per riposare). Sono stano anche chiamato dalla reception perché avevo superato i 500€ di extra e secondo la loro politica avrei dovuto saldare immediatamente. Unica nota positiva sono le camere,tutto il resto è completamente da rivedere.

El desayuno de diez, excelente. Giovanna, una de las chicas que trabajaba en el buffet, excelente. trato exquisito y muy atenta.

Contratas un hotel con Spa y cuando llegas al alojamiento el chico que está en recepción te dice que es de " explotación " privada y que, de cortesía, te ofrece media hora. Creo que lo cortés y lo correcto hubiera sido publicitar que no está incluido el servicio de Spa.

Fantastic!

The hotel and room was fabulous. We had originally booked the double room but had missed our first night due to the air traffic closure. When we arrived, we were given a free upgrade to the Premium room with sea view and it was fabulous! Pool was great and internal decor was beautiful. Highly recommend

Excellent first night stop

Beautiful view over the port, extensive breakfasts and really helpful staff. Ten mins drive from the airport

Parking is very limited outside the hotel so we went back to the airport the next day to hire a car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the rooms and the hotel in general was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect location in Mahon, just walking distance from restaurants and town. I would definitely stay at Catalonia Mirador des Port again.

A very pleasant stay

Lovely hotel , clean and modern . Good location, only a 10 minute walk to the center of Mahon .

In my opinion the breakfast was far too expensive, 22 € each. It would have been nice to have a breakfast in the hotel but for 3 of us was too pricey. Also the parking was also expensive at 20€ a day ,

Visit of Mahon

The hotel could not find our reservation so they gave us an upgrade and we spent the nights in the newly renovated aisle. Beautiful room and bedroom
