The central location and easy access to nearby free parking make this friendly, comfortable hotel a great value for money option in Mahon. The comfortable no frills room had all the facilities for a happy stay with a comfortable bed, good aircon, wifi, and plenty of hot water. There is an honesty system for tea, coffee, cakes etc. for a continental breakfast and the staff were on hand to scramble some eggs with toast or provide a cheese and meat platter on request. There is a lift to all floors and a comfy seating area with board games and drinks again bought through the honesty bar. We borrowed beach towels and a parasol from reception. The staff could not be more helpful and the hotel had a family feel about it. Our 2nd floor room had views over rooftops and had a fridge with daily replenished drinking water and space, had we wanted, to chill beers and or snacks. It's a short stroll to shops and restaurants, which range from pizzerias to Michelin listed. The hotel was key to a very enjoyable stay in Menorca. Thank you San Miguel

The breakfast was quite limited, coffee and cakes mainly so we opted to go to a cafe and nearby hotel for breakfast instead
the staff were only there some of the time, it felt a little empty to arrive to nobody. It would've been nice to have a more standard breakfast with some pastries and cooked options, though to be fair, this wasn't advertised, just a nice option to have.
