Camas incómodas

La recepción es 24 horas por lo que es muy cómodo para el checking. Además se les deja las llaves al salir para que no tengas que preocuparte por ellas. El personal de la recepción es encantador. Absolutamente todas las personas que estaban en la recepción durante las 24 horas eran muy agradables. Instalaciones limpias y la ubicación está bien ya que no es el centro del ciudad y se puede aparcar sin problemas.

Instalaciones correctas, nada excepcional. En calidad precio me parece muy descompensado, caro para lo que es. Aunque claro, fuimos en temporada alta. Lo peor las camas. Colchones durísimos y almohadas finas, con poco relleno. Yo que tengo problemas de espalda/cuello y estuve cinco noches, no me fue muy bien.

Great location and value - comfortable rooms.

The gentleman who welcomed me at the reception desk seemed lovely and genuine. The hotel location and value for money was excellent. The room was comfortable.

Just sad to have missed the breakfast as I had to leave earlier than the start of the breakfast service.

Too expensive

Comfortable bed

Defenetely too expensive for the services offered, 973,17 Euro upfront and visitors tax. Breakfast is not included, and no minibar in the room, out of two chairs, one was broken, and upon arrival we found a dirty sink. I asked a gin&tonic to bring to the room, and I was given paper cup, instead of glass. I assured that I would bring back the glass later on, but still was refused the glass. Internet is not stable, and as I was there for work, it was an extra nuisance. For the rest is comfortable, but defenetely not for that price.

Good

We had to make an emergency late night booking due to our flight being cancelled. The welcome we received from the night manager was wonderful. Friendly, informative, efficient and helpful. He even gave us a hand getting heavy suitcases up to the second floor. The central stairway and panelled doors leant an unexpected charm to the building. Our room was large, well laid out and better equipped than the apartment we'd stayed in for our actual holiday. It was almost a shame we weren't unpacking and using all the lovely storage. All the staff we met were lovely.

The mattress. It was hard and uncomfortable, leading to a broken night's sleep. Such a shame. I would recommend the hotel spends out on sprung mattresses. Then they will truly be worth a five star review, and a return booking.

Nice but very noisy

- Great location - Super friendly and helpful staff (one of the best service I have ever had in a hotel) - Cleanliness on point

Unfortunately, the noise. The hotel is like small rooms across a staircase and you can hear everything (closing doors to people talking in the hall). Without this, I would have given it a 9/10!

Perfect location to explore the city for a few days. Really friendly staff which always is a bonus!

Lovely staff at front desk, especially Juan Luis. good location and I was able to park my rental car nearby with no problems.

Handy clean small hotel.

Very good location and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Didn’t eat breakfast here so unable to give feedback on that. Small bar in hotel which I didn’t expect.

Single room was quite small and basic but it was clean, good shower and very clean which was good.

It’s our 2nd time there because it’s convenient but the issues need to be fixed

Location great 10-15 mins to port & center for restaurants. The cleanliness was great people nice & helpful.

The mattresses are so hard & pillows have no filling in them so most uncomfortable nights.. I asked for extra pillows & blankets

Very good

Central enough and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I did not get a chance to experience the bar area.

A little noisy when guests are having conversations in the hallways, but this does not happen during quiet times.

Nice place and lovely staff, would definitely recommend it.

No many options on the menu for breakfast, location was ok, its a 15 min walk from the bus station, room was perfect for 1 person, clean and confy bed.

a little bit too outdated

Everything Very clean, Nice staff

too expensive for what they are offering. needs a remodel. if you are aiming to rest you better forget it: there is noise for the entire evening as you can hear everyone that comes into the building, every talk in the building and all the doors opening and closing. be ready so be awake around 6am. also: for 80€/night individual room it was expected at least air conditioning.

Great hotel

Location is excellent. The room was cleaned very well every day. All the staff were very polite and helpful.

Refreshing room, required in that heat, the room was our haven, we miss it already.

We loved the air con, it was essential. Loved the friendly staff - especially the night staff - el fue un buen hombre , and we loved not having to worry about keys when exploring the town, couldn’t fault it.

Convenient quiet location, clean. Helpful reception staff.

The hotel is in a quiet location, a five minute walk to the centre or a couple of minutes down some steep steps to the port area. The room (up two flights of stairs) was clean if basic, and the bed firm as I like it. The bathroom was very spacious. Juan Luis in reception was particularly polite, friendly and helpful.

The room rates are a bit high I feel for what is fairly spartan accommodation, but options are limited in Mahon and this seems to be the norm. Apart from that I was happy with my stay.

Good budget choice.

It’s about 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre. Very close to the harbour. Single room has a nice balcony. There is a nice dinning room downstairs for people to eat their own food or have breakfast. The receptionists were excellent, especially Juan Luis. Reception is 24/7.

The room was a bit noisy from the road traffic if you leave the balcony door open. The room was functional but a bit small.

Great location

The location and price were great, close to the centre, above the port and short walk to the bus station. Balcony was small but enough to check the quiet steet and hang your wet clothes. It is still just 2* hotel so do not expect some crazy luxury 😊 for sleeping more than enough

No soundproofing, you can hear every person arriving and leaving or watching TV. I wouldn't recommend breakfast there. Just go around a corner and you will find some nice cafeteria.

Is good for the price

The staff are super nice, very friendly and helpful. The zone is very quiet, very good for the price

No soundproofing, in general it was not that bad but my room was right above the reception and I was able to hear very clear when someone was arriving also the rooms next to mine.

nice break, a bit early in the year, great views of the inlet very near the Hotel.

We being British like a cup of tea in the morning but we could only pay for a cup of coffee which was a bit tight we thought, we only tried breakfast once and that was jam & toast, they did have a very small menu.

Budget option in Mahon

Good location in Mahon, good value in April (“shoulder season”), WiFi worked well, bed was comfortable.

No desk and chair in the room, some of the other guests were quite loud when arriving back after midnight.
