This resort is simply perfect! The hot springs, water slides, beautifully maintained trails, and volcanic mud make it feel like a dream. We even saw toucans and a sloth during our stay! Absolutely magical—a wonderful place for both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommended!
The restaurant was less impressive. The food was quite expensive and, unfortunately, not particularly good. The service was okay, but overall, we didn’t find the dining experience especially worthwhile.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable.
A few cold pools and thermal pools were closed for maintenance which was sometimes very noisy. There was apparently some maintenance going on at the hummingbird area. Additionally, the spa and sauna were not open. We were not informed of any closures in advance of our stay. The roads getting to the property were difficult to traverse.
