Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel to be excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped with good quality bedding, towels, and bathroom amenities. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was included (buffet) and it was well prepared with lots of choices. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

My family of 4 spent 2 nights at the Ficus Hotel / Sunset suites. The property of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is exceptionally well cared for.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted immediately with drinks provided to all 4 of us. While we checked in our bags were brought to our room.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious.
The breakfast was excellent with a diverse selection.
We explored all the of the trails within the region seeing diverse wildlife, including a coati and an a mother and baby agouti.
The location was great, close to the shopping and food which included a walk through the trails.
We would definitely stay here again and recommended.
