The quirky Tokyo room decor was cute. I booked it because the friend I was staying with. loves Japan. The location was very convenient for Nottingham city centre and the price was good.
One of the chairs in the room was broken and a cupboard didn't close properly. There was no breakfast.

All lovely, staff were so sweet. The only thing that let it down was the thin, wispy curtains. Needed blackout blinds. Very comfortable.

They upgraded us to a room with a spacious lounge and a large bath. We were given a 50% discount off the parking to compensate for the fact that there was no cooked breakfast available for us. I liked the proximity to the city centre too.
Our room was not cleaned once in the duration of our week-long stay. I don't mind the fact that there was not a full clean, but I would have appreciated the cups being changed, the towels replaced, and the bins being emptied as a bare minimum. There was no grip mat in the shower or bathmat outside, which was a slip hazard. Staff were often hard to find when you needed them.
