The place is clean and staff are friendly.
Generally the town of Natz seems to be a place where tourists stay a night or two on their way along the Brenner axis, conveniently located a few minutes off the highway, which gives it the air of a highway resting area. It also feels like a hotel for package tourism or a resort of sorts.
The hotel's architecture is somewhat uninviting and awkward, leaving few cozy places to stay outside your room. For the price I paid and judging by the pictures I expected a bit more class.
