Restaurant food was great. Stayed in Mestia for 3 days and for most part of trip (hiking and day trip to Ushguli), we ate at the restaurant. Fresh food they cook on the spot and they are fast.
Staff are lovely and very accommodating.
Room is spacious. We got upgraded from deluxe double to a family room. Views are amazing 24/7. Clean place and you can tell it is well maintained.
Common areas are also clean and nice to lounge at.
I visited a week before peak summer season (9-13 June) began and it was perfect as I do not like crowds. Even though it was just me and my husband checked in, they kept all facilities open.
None—it was a great stay and I look forward to staying in the winter; it’d definitely be a different vibe.

The location
Cleanliness and the bed is so old that it makes noise everytime you move. Time to change the mattress
The pinpoint location given is incorrect. Nonetheless the hotel is on top of a hill and the name is big enough to locate

It was my second time staying in Banguriani, and the second time of great experience and wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Incredibly delicious food, excellent service and extremely helpful staff – was happy to feel this stability of high-level. Found a beautiful terrace I missed previous time, and was enjoying gorgeous mountain views from the restaurant, terrace and my room. Got a real pleasure from the stay and highly recommend staying there to everyone.
