The Mulberry Tree is just 200m from the foreshore, jetty and a short stroll to shops, cafe's and restaurants making it the perfect base for your Kangaroo Island experience. This is a contemporary styled home with all of the comforts of your own home. A large rear yard containing a 100+ year old Mulberry Tree will delight you and your companions.
The house features reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Bedroom 2: 2 x King Single Beds
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double Size Bed
Pet's welcome outside in the large secure rear yard.
Outdoor BBQ area. Guest bikes and beach equipment.
Kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine.
Free WIFI and Netflix for guests.
Porta-cot, with all linen and high chair are available to guests travelling with a baby at no additional cost.

The Mulberry Tree is an ideal choice for a stay on Kangaroo Island. The house is clean and pleasantly furnishing with contemporary furniture and has everything you could want. There is off street parking and a large well kept yard. It is a short walk to town for restaurants and shops. Ideal for one or two couples or a family. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly loved staying here. It was everything that was promised. It was only a short walk to shops and very good restaurants. A very good place to call home while visiting Kangaroo Island.

Furniture very uncomfortable. Back breaking in fact. Who sits in a chair at 80 degrees slope. We all got bad backs
