The stay was satisfactory.

The rooms were Huge. Lots of hot water. Good breakfast (western or Vietnamese). Staff were so friendly and nice. Swimming pool was nice, and we had used it once in the morning.

The property was located at the tail end of the dragon. Most restaurants and shops that cater to foreigners were across the bridge which was about 2 km’s away.

Would recommend because of it being comfortable

The rooms were very large and beds comfortable. The pool was ok in the mornings as it’s windy in the afternoon. I enjoyed a good western breakfast they do have Vietnamese options. Staff was amazing even the security guard.

Location is not close to eating options. We will at tail end of bridge and the markets and eateries were across the bridge.

Good for a quick short stay by the airport but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night.

The location was good, the staff kind and they prepared an early breakfast as we had to depart for the airport early

The pool was very poorly maintained and seemed dirty.

Just pleasant

no cafe and breakfast is the only food available which I found expensive for $16.00. The area has very few food options. The terrace wasn't so clean, no amenities.

No in house food available. Toiletries not enough supply, slippers is not clean, has been used. It would have been better if slippers are disposable like in the hotels. The slippers has been used many times by different people. I need to wash it in the bathroom.

Great stay in a nice boutique hotel

Really nice boutique hotel in Da Nang, quite central. Rooms are spacious ! 10 minutes drive from night market & beach. The staff is really nice and helps you in whatever you need.

You need to take the stairs to access to the lift. Not really easy with luggage and stroller but the staff helps you !

absolute perfection all the way! comfortable, convenient, relaxing with an awesome and attentive team!

everything from check in to check out was amazing! very tastefully decorated with wonderfully spacious rooms! The pool was the icing on the cake and I would recommend this to other fashionable travellers!

The fabulous hotel staff were amazing!!!

The staff are nothing short of amazing!!! They helped with every aspect of our stay in Danang. Oh and the room was utterly HUGE!!!

Some maintenance work going on but you expect that in Low Season

A gem place to stay !

Exceptional beautiful a great location. The grounds of the hotel beautiful , gardens, pools well maintained.

Nothing not to like . A fantastic location nothing too much for staff they went above and beyond to make the customer experience delightful

Exceptional

Location is great in the middle of Danang CBD about 5 min from the airport and about 10 min from the train station. Staff is wonderful and super helpful, even put a refrigerator in my room!

The only issue is that there are stairs to negotiate from the street level to the elevator on the 1st level. Then there are stairs from the lobby on the 6th floor to the rooms on the 7th and 8th floor. With heavy luggage or any physical disability a challenge.

Good place to stay

Good location, plenty of amenities nearby, friendly staff, nice room. Would stay here again if coming to Danang for the same business reason, not on leisure this trip

Pool had no water and no there information from staff to say if it was under maintenance or the reason. Bathroom had a smell

Incredible place to stay - Thanks guys!

A superb hotel! We were exceptionally well looked after by the team there who organised two fantastic rooms next to each other for our family. The rooms were of the highest quality with superb bathrooms and great decor. The team were very welcoming and looked after us and all of our needs, offering plenty of options for things to do (not only in Da Nang but also in other parts of the country). The kids tried the pool in the evening and loved it whilst we sat and enjoyed a beer and the view from the top of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble... and finally, the breakfast was awesome!.... they make a wicked Cafe sua da :-)
