Pretty close to the Pekoe trail (the bus can take you back and forth to the trail, 3 km away) and with a view of a hill and lake. Nice staff. Hot shower.
Great buffet lunch and breakfast.
Spotty WiFi, light switches were behind the TV, tv remote didn't work.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Hotel Hill Cool. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. One of the most outstanding highlights was the food every dish was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The room was super neat, comfortable, and very well maintained, reflecting the hotel’s excellent management and high standards. Everything was organized beautifully, which made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend Hotel Hill Cool to everyone looking for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Value for money and they have a good restaurant with a wide variety of food.
The atmosphere is very noisy. The restaurant is manly for the outside customers and so the place is always crowded and loud music is played through out the day.
