Excelente experiencia en Menorca

La zona con bebida y comida gratis que se habilitaba a partir de las 15:00 y el spa del que dispone el hotel.

Por decir algo, las almohadas para mis cervicales eran duras y tuve que dormir sin ellas y eso que había dos, pero no es algo que le vaya a ocurrir a los demás, mi pareja durmió de cine con una de ellas.

Good Place for a chill stay to discover the island

Friendly Staff Good view from the pool and Jacuzzi + Sauna (all free) A great addition of free snacks over the day and night (drinks- juice, cola, bier, wine...- + sandwiches, salads, desserts and more) Fresh product in the breakfast buffet (freshly cooked eggs and pancakes) Location is super close to bus station

Location is a bit far from center by walk.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT ❤️

ARTIEM Capri is an absolute gem! It has everything you need, when and where you need it. The location is perfect as it is 2 minutes away from the main bus station, and as well 5 minutes away from city center (a bit farer from the port, but if you have a scooter it is perfect!). Breakfast is amazing, bedrooms have everything you need, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, cream. Staff is super helpful, and they even lent us a beach umbrella for all our stay. Honesty bar and free water, beers, coca cola, juices and snacks for the whole stay. Absolutely loved staying there (we stayed for 12 nights). Little SPA has sauna, steam bath, hydro-massage, solarium, little pool and little gym.

Just a bit the smell of the room as our was facing the kitchen - perhaps some diffusers may help. Although, totally bearable.

Loved this hotel, excellent value, location and within easy walk of bus station. we would definitely return.

Like the location. Breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice. Hotel was clean and comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The cover over pool had been removed and pool was very cold.

Modern, friendly and fun hotel in the centre of Mahon

Fabulous modern hotel with a pool (indoor) on the rood and sun terrace. The room was medium size with a super bathroom (the biggest shower head ever seen!) We had very comfortable beds and a little balcony with nice chairs. The hotel reception staff were efficient and very friendly and we loved the complimentary drinks and snacks in the pleasant lounge area. Lots of tourist info on hand and a short walk to local sites. Good breakfast in a sunny room.

Only complaint is that the pool doesn't open until 9am so no chance for a pre-breakfast swim!

Amazing value, staff, room facilities and overall experience.

Just wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. Staff were amazing. Room was excellent - very comfy bed, choice of pillows, great shower etc etc. But the open bar / food from 3pm - basically like an executive lounge - with additional honesty bar - just made it and great value for money.

If I was being picky - parking isn't easy and the gym is very small - but honestly these really did not effect my trip - this place really is a 9-10/10.

a fantastic hotel we would definitely return. staff were excellent and the complimentary food and drinks were a bonus!

the staff were very friendly and obliging, the drinks and complimentary food was a bonus and the cleanliness was superb

you couldn't have a bottle of water on the roof terrace. would have liked to have spent more time on the roof terrace, however we always like to drink and snack as we relax!

Lovely hotel, fabulous city.

Smart, stylish and helpful staff. Great spa, lovely roof terrace. Free snacks and drinks in the chill area. Great for the bus station, we nipped around the island by bus.

A lottery as to the view. City view fabulous, courtyard view not so great.

Great stay at an excellent hotel with friendly staff. What more could you want?

Great hotel, clean comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Snacks and drinks provided for the afternoons were superb. The rooftop pool was very well kept with spectacular views.

Difficult to park nearby.

Staff were very helpful, hotel was clean.

I was disappointed that our air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to work in the evening which meant the room was hot for sleeping. We opened the window however the noise from the streets made it difficult to get to sleep, plus we got badly bitten by mosquitoes. The hotel is very environmentally aware and that may be the reason for the lack of air conditioning at bedtime, but I feel this should be pointed out when booking.

Relaxing stay in Mahon

Very good location, close to bus station but also to old town. Amazing view from the rooftop, very nice swimming pool. There is also a small gym. The personnel is very, very nice, helpful and flexible around your needs. The honesty bar and free snacks/coffee, water are such an useful concept! Makes the lobby a lively place, nice to hang out in, to rest from the heat outside. Very good breakfast as well (good choice of products).

Smart relaxed city hotel ..loved it.

Loved the pool and free spa area. Very smart but relaxed hotel. Great location near bus station...15mins bus to airport. Also near old centre and shopping.

Good but Aircon needs updating

Lovely beds, pillow menu and great breakfast. The pool spa area was a welcome relief from the rain.

Aircon did not work! They said they had fixed it but there was no difference. The basic requirement is a comfortable room to sleep in which sadly we didn't get.

Great hotel to stay in for a couple of days while exploring Mahon.

The room was quiet, clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff very pleasant. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the bar area were a lovely, unexpected treat!

The key cards to the room were rather temperamental, so it was constantly pot-luck as to if we could open the door! The safe in the room was not working properly either.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and used the pool on the top most days - it was never too busy. very comfortable room.

very clean and convenient location. Great shower!

Disappointing to have a room that was facing on to washing hanging out of block of flats very close by so the room was dark. would ask for a view or more open outlook next time.
