The arrangements for "out of hours" arrival are a bit hit and miss.

We absolutely loved staying here. The staff are so friendly and helpful; the location is perfect. The rooms are cool, comfortable. It’s a lovely place to base yourself for a few days on Menorca.
Not about the property - but I’d advise anyone driving to park at the free public parking about 5 mins walk from the hotel. There is a parking garage in the square opposite the hotel but it’s really tight for space!!

Lovely little quiet hotel only 300 metres from the centre. Staff friendly and our room had a nice sized terrace where you could sunbathe or have a drink outside

The location was great. The room was aesthetically pleasing. The gentleman on reception was friendly and helpful. I liked the key access
The shower was luke warm (the bathroom sink was hot). We could hear the upstairs person walking around at night time and coughing. There was no access to the courtyard before 4pm - our room didn't have outside space and my daughter wanted to have a coffee in the courtyard when she woke up and she was told no, the excuse was that she would be too loud (she's 26 and just wanted to sit outside on her own - how is that being loud!)
