Hotel Scott House is right next to Roma Termini, making it extremely convenient for trains and buses. We stayed in a terrace room on the sixth floor, and although the lift is very small and only goes up to level five, the staff were helpful and assisted us with our luggage (0nly during check-in). Initially I was unsure about the room because carrying heavy suitcases from level five to six was difficult, but the terrace room turned out to be comfortable, spacious, and the only option suitable for four people. The staff were welcoming throughout our stay, and the person who handled our check in even helped carry one suitcase and assured us that assistance was always available. We received welcome water on the first day, and the breakfast was good and above average compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Europe. Considering the price, location, and service, I am not disappointed and would recommend this hotel.
The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a shared building, so the narrow lift fits only two persons or one person with two suitcases, which is worth considering before booking.

Very near the train terminus. Refurbished room. friendly staff.
The street entrance was a little foreboding. Hotel is on the 4th floor. Small, slow lift.

Staff is amazing. There is AC.
Bed is awful, like sleeping on the floor, the location is terrible, unfortunately the streets around the station are dirty, full of beggers, eroin addicts, not a nice neighborhood.
