The door to access the courtyard directly was good.
Despite paying a considerable (overpriced) fee to have a dog, we seemed to be treated like second class guests. From the list of rules you’d think it was The Ritz. It’s not.

The building was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom with lots of hot water.
The food was very good for the evening meal and breakfast, all very good.
