The location and breakfast were excellent
The staff were just awesome, very helpful couldn’t do enough for us.

Friendly staff. Rooms clean.
Breakfast was chaotic. There were so many guests so not enough space to sit and the food ran out as did cutlery and juice
£30 for a dog is expensive.
Only onebig towel between two guests.

Although right next to the motorway the room was very quiet and was a good size with effective air-conditioning. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful.
The bed had a bit of a dip in the middle.

The location was what we wanted
The hotel was without ANY water from our arrival until we checked out the following day.
We were given 2 small bottles of water for the kettle upon asking, how did they expect us to wash, toilet couldn't be flushed, my mum is 86yrs incontinent, the staff used mc Donald's, we should have been relocated upon arrival.
