Very good value, clean, comfortable stay with a warm welcome.

Very warm and professional welcome. Easy free parking. Easy check in. Offered a choice of floor/quieter room. Very clean and comfortable room with air con. Good breakfast selection with vegan sausages available on request. Very handy location to break a journey. Closer to the M5 than some service stations, but feels completely separate with no service-station-vibe. Restaurant and take-away in same complex. Very good Indian restaurant and pub with meals just a short walk away.

The bar and breakfast space is very bland and corporate but works fine. My air con was a little noisy, but it did make the room very comfortable.

Reasonable price, decent quality room for a short stay.

Helpful friendly staff. Decent sized quiet room. Adequate parking.

Choice and quality of food could have been better for the price. Harvester is near by.

Good stay- ticked all the right noxes

Guide location, a few minutes from the M5 with choices of food available next door (Hotel bar, Harvester or McDonald's) that should dater for most. No noticeable road noise in the room. Good quality free breakfast

Dogs welcome but at a price.

The location to the M5 is less than 2 minutes McDonalds on the doorstep and a Harvester pub.

We have been going there regularly for the last 6 years or so and although we appreciate that they are dog friendly their charge is £25 per dog per stay. This has gone up from £10 to £20 and recently to £25. We may now have to start looking for alternative accommodation on our travels.

Recommend for a short stay, serves the purpose well

Convenient location although the traffic noise was quite loud with the window open. Was great that we could take a takeaway continental breakfast as we had a very early departure. Location with restaurants on site was very useful. Easy to find and plenty of parking

Room was hot, no air con remote control and very noise when having to leave window open.

Not enough staff on duty! Waited to be served at the bar all the time, as their was only 2 persons on duty, and the hotel was quite full!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel will definitely be back!

We were happy with the location, our room was on the ground floor which suited us with young children, the staff who welcomed us were friendly and polite and the room was lovely and clean.

Perfect night stop for a short overnight stay where good dining is not required

Comfort and hotel location beside a main motorway

Inside the hotel is tired and the restaurant has a very poor menu suited more for snacks than meals.

A perfect stopover from rock concert in Liverpool to a commemoration service in Bristol

We requested a late check-in, 1am, and this was arranged for us, and arriving very tired, we were greeted very cheerfully by the man on the desk, which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was in a spacious quiet room, with plenty of choice, and friendly staff on hand.

Smooth process due to really helpful staff when needing to amend the booking. Diandra was particularly helpful and really reduced my stress levels. She offered great customer service :-)

from arriving to leaving perfect , and amazing comfortable beds

the hotel was in a perfect location with food places around , the room was spotless the shower was amazing and the toiletries provided where devine, breakfast was absolutely spot on plenty of choice

I do like holiday Inns and Droitwich is up to standard

Comfortable room nice and clean

Buffet breakfast could have had more choice only had scrambled eggs no grilled tomatoes

Good location just off the motorway, clean throughout, friendly staff, good value and plenty of choice at included breakfast. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Car park was a little short on space but apparently guests can use the Harvester car park which is only a little further away on the same site.
