Spacious room with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. The pool was a real bonus as it was unusually hot when we were there. Customer service was friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to have a private terrace overlooking the pool which was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend.
The WiFi was pretty flaky in our room.

The rooms and common areas were well designed, comfortable and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and airy. Gardens are lovely, peacock included. Nice bar area, inside and outside, making it easy to have a light meal by the pool or an evening drink.
Pool water was freezing cold! Staff was ok but not particularly nice, they were polite but didn’t seem thrilled to be there - a bit of a struggle to get their attention. Breakfast was so-so, not particularly good value for money with some nearby options for breakfast in Evora offering a much better experience

Great location, room types suit families very well, fantastic pool. Great restaurant experience. Very good chef and attentive and professional waiting staff.
Facilities are a bit dated. The square in front of the property is like a bomb hit it. The property could work with local authorities to taste it up. It would make the hotel look so much better. The front office staff do the function with a reasonable attitude but slouching over the front desk while servicing guests doesn’t seem the best approach to 4 star service.

The breakfast was average or lower. The room was in need of remodel (they mentioned this was supposed to be done by August. Also it was quite noisy by the elevator
