The personel are very kind and charismatic,the location of the hotel is amazing and convenient, the provided breakfast buffet had great options.
The only thing that left me disappointed is the lack of a welcome set you would usually expect to see when you arrive in your hotel room.

Easy access to a lot of places, beautiful room and the beds where exceptional and comfortable.
The walls are thin and you can hear things next door. I’m a light sleeper. We had a noisy neighbour next to our room and we could hear him talking on the phone. This was the only negative but it didn’t ruin our experience.

I missed like the complementary slippers in the room, the room was a little dusty like on the night stand and little table etc
