It was close to the lake, very peaceful, spacious room, super kind stuff, amazing breakfast.
The hotel is a bit outdated, but really still in a great shape and super clean.

naturally quiet, wonderful for star gazing and a romantic weekend trip out to the beautiful lakes with panoramic mountain views!

Breakfast was the best continental we've ever had! Cannot fault it.
The room was clean, spacious and the beds (mattress) were good/comfy.
The wellness centre was very well presented and well maintained. A relaxing place to spend a couple of hours.
Plenty of car parking spaces.
Location on the lake was fantastic!
Overall it was a quiet, relaxing weekend away and the hotel was perfect for what we wanted.
Staff in the restaurant were not very helpful or welcoming. We were the only English and admittedly our German wasn't the best but two of our orders were wrong (capuccino instead of espresso?) and it felt deliberate given the laughter and looks in our direction from the staff. Also had to correct them to bring the right bill.
We also found the service to be slow.
Quality of restaurant food not representative of the price. There are better options within walking distance.
The fridge in the room was not cold, despite being plugged in and could not be adjusted.
Could have done with a kettle in the room as the provision of the coffee machine only came with two pods for the entire stay (we brought our own from the supermarket).
