Location is great, right next to the lake. Breakfast was decent.
The hotel is highly overprized. It is need of refurbishment and staff were overstrained. We had to wait 30 minutes at the reception and call for help at the restaurant so that someone eventually showed up to check us in. Service was not very friendly, no apology for the poor service at all and we also witnessed arguments with other guests. On check-out, the experience was similar. First we waited 20 minutes, at some point the receptionist disappeared for 10 minutes without any notice, then we received a wrong invoice first and had to get back etc. The room was not very clean, hairs in the bed, no air condition and overall everything is in need of renovation. The pool was closed and the so-called "private beach" is more like a small lawn with some stairs into the lake. Breakfast was better than anticipated but the space is too small for the hotel capacity and one coffee machine not enough (long queues). While all that may be acceptable for lower priced hotels, it absolutely is not for a hotel that charges 300 EUR and more per night. I am glad we only stayed one night. Overall, I believe this place has potential and with proper management and staffing, can be a great place to stay. As it stands, it definitely is not good value for money.
