I very much like the staff. Extremely helpful. Arranged airport pickup, and ride to port to board a cruise line. Dinner was delicious at the roof top restaurant, breakfast was also very good. Room was large, clean and bed very comfortable.

Great location, a short walk from the main railway station. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from. The roof-top Bar and Restaurant are fabulous. Highly recommend.
The AC was too cold and I couldn't turn it off or regulate the temperature.

The terrace view was genuinely great — definitely the highlight of the stay and a beautiful spot to relax above the city.
The prices at the terrace bar were horrendous. Paying 20 EUR for an Aperol Spritz is a misunderstanding for such a small amount of alcohol, and even then the drinks weren’t very good — I had two, and both were disappointing considering the price.
The elevator situation was also frustrating: the main elevator wasn’t working, so guests had to use a service elevator.
In the room, the hairdryer didn’t work at all, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel at this level.
