Good price
A bit dated oldschool hotel with small rooms

Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the termini and 20 minutes to the colosseum. Breakfast had many options (boiled eggs, bread, espresso, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, cereals, milk, salami, cheese slices, chocolate filled croissants, butter, jam and canned fruits). Room was super clean and cleaning was done every day. Reception is 24/7 so late check-in or early check-out are allowed. The staff was super nice and ready to help.
No individual AC or fan in the room but the central duct was enough for me. The street had a ghetto feeling but all the areas around the termini were like that and I do not think there is any problem in that (it looked safe but i did not go outside in the evening/night so do not know). The shower is extremely small (you will bump into walls/faucet/curtain multiple times). The shuttle service is 85 euros one way if you want to avail it.

The hotel is located close to the train station, which is convenient, and the air conditioning in our room worked properly. That’s probably all we liked about the hotel.
The rooms are dark, there was only one bath towel for two people, the furniture is old, and the mini-fridge did not cool the water.
The breakfast was very basic. The juice was heavily diluted with water, and the cold cuts were not particularly fresh.
The carpet in the hallway was stained.
We stayed there for one night, and we are honestly very glad it was only one night. We traveled around Italy for two weeks, and this was by far the worst three-star hotel we stayed at during our entire trip, in every respect.
