MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family

Really wonderful hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful and the whole hotel had a really great vibe. Food for me was pretty good! I tend to eat more on the vegetarian side and I looked forward to all meals every day. We were very lucky to get a great room which was quiet and had a nice view and the room ticked all the boxes in my opinion. My 7 year old loved the slides at the kids pools and every day we spent all least an hour here. Entertainment staff are really nice but not pushy at all and they're super great with the kids. Not a big drinker but they had quality beer on tap and decent cocktails at the bar. Free unlimited ice cream which my family took full advantage of! The beach nearby is really nice and we spent a couple mornings there. All in all good value for money and best of all was how super nice and positive staff are!

I don't have any major complaints. If I had to pick I'd say the soup in the restaurant was often a bit cold which was a pity cos it was really tasty. Also the water machines were regularly out of order and I made regular trips to the gym each day instead to fill up on water.

We had a really enjoyable stay and felt it was excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was good, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to Santiago at reception, who was covering the night shift. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and helped us immediately when we needed assistance. His kindness and efficiency really made a difference to our stay.

The only downside was that we were travelling with a baby and a buggy, and our apartment was on the first floor with no lift access, which made getting in and out a bit difficult. One small suggestion would be to start breakfast a little earlier. On our last day, breakfast only opened at 8:00 a.m., and as we had to leave shortly afterwards, we weren't able to have breakfast before our departure. An earlier opening time, such as 7:00 or 7:30 a.m., would be very helpful for guests with early flights or travel plans. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Rooms were clean and an ok size.

Our room looked out over a road and shop. Very poor all inclusive provision compared to other hotels I have stayed at on the island. Wine only from taps and no bottled water. Nowhere to get coffee to have in the morning in your room.
