Die Geografische Lage

Zu große Anlage somit hat man weite Wege und im Speisesaal einen zu großen Lärmpegel.

Very good

The staff and kids facilities were brilliant. Everyone was nice and friendly and lots of activities planned. While the evening entertainment was also excellent. Location was brilliant.

The room had a lot of ants in it and the cleaner and maintenance man had to come a few occasions. Very basic and could be modernized more and a proper bed for the children .

The hotel is perfect for families. It is safe and has lots of different activities for the children. I’m a single parent with children at 7 years old and 5 years old. The splash pool is excellent for the children and adults lol.. The staff are excellent and will greet you with a warm smile and do what they can to satisfy your needs. I would totally recommend

Amazing staff, very kind and helpful, everyones hard working.The animation team the best!. Great facilities, We had fab time with our kids. Food was delicious a lot of choice. I highly recommended that place. Wish to back here in future.

Great location and good food. Shame about the rooms

It’s location near the beach and the food was surprisingly good! The entertainment for the children

The rooms- terrible smell of damp and we had to be moved. Which they did without question but in the extreme heat the air conditioning was not very effective and one night stopped working altogether. The night was unbearable. The rooms were also not very clean at all, the bed very uncomfortable along with the one pillow given. The bed linen felt very cheap and again did not make for a very comfortable stay.

clean, variety of food not so bad . pool is clean , the beach is just 2 minutes by walking and staff are friendly.

the only inconvenience is the distance from Palma airport ( around 50min by taxi).

Very good

The place was lovely, staff so helpful and polite, they interacted with my baby everyday. The hotel is in a good area with a lovely beach and shops nearby.

The place i couldn't fault my only recommended to the place would be dietary needs. Im vegan, dinners, and lunches really good for us but not breakfasts and no sweet puddings that i could eat either. One option would be nice, or an ice cream something. Also bath would be noce to wash my little girl after the beach but had to hold her under the shower as only a baby

Amazing value for money and in a nice quiet part of Mallorca.

amazing bar with good all inclusive drink option, 3 great pools including an adults only pool aswell as this amazing snack bar which ran basically all day!

we stayed 10 nights so as expected the dinner options started to get a little boring, there was themes for the dinner but they did not have as much variety as you would think a “Mexican” or “American” theme dinner would have but still great food.

Good for a family all inclusive however falls short of great due to the food on offer.

Well situated with good access to the beach. Plenty of bars near the pool/entertainment areas with proper cocktails/alcohol content available throughout the day. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great splash pool for the kids. We utilised the snack bar many times, and this was on times better then the main restaurant food on offer. Evening entertainment was good and kept the whole family engaged.

The meals could have been better, despite the theme of the day we found the flavour lacking which also included the Spanish night which was surprising! Might have been due to our stay being right at the end of season so perhaps ingredients were harder to come by or in shorter supply. All the desserts also tasted the same regardless of appearance.

my only issue was that the beds in the room moved around and so we had to push them against a wall to make it secure.

overall I would highly recommend this hotel especially for families

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel and grounds were well maintained. Staff were cheerful and so helpful. As first timers of All Inclusive we were pleasantly surprised at the food and drink choice along with the quality it was all excellent.

The only criticism that I have is to be mindful of the location of your room. Our room overlooked the outside theatre which put a stop to any thoughts of having a quiet evening on the balcony. So if you want peace and quiet request a room away from the main pool and outside entertainment.

Superb

+ The rooms were nice, very comfortable(especially pillows) , and the staff was amazing, Diego with animation team ♥. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. This is the perfect hotel for family with kids. Food was delicious, every night was another ,,theme" like mexikan/asia/mallorka etc... Hotel exceeded my expectations.

- the only problem with the room was the ants -I recommend bringing ant spray and the problem will be solved ;)

This was our second stay and if we go to Majorca again, we would stay here again.

Very good location, the hotel has 4 pools, 1 kids’ pool with slides and a paddling pool with slides. It is very close to the beach, lots of nice little shops and playgrounds nearby. Great place for families and couples alike. Great variety of food. Most of all, the staff are fantastic, all of them always smiling, very helpful and polite and the entertainers were excellent. Also it was my birthday during our stay (which I didn’t even mention) and they sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room.

Superb

The location is in front of Ferrera beach. All staff is wonderful! Great job! Food was mainly very good and diverse. All pools were very clean. Cocktails were properly made with good ingredients. All in all, I would recommend this hotel! 👌

I would love if it would be emphasized that 95% of guests come with kids. Then we would be less shocked when coming as 2 couples w/o kids :) If we go to into details, coffee could be better. Also, quiet pools wasn't quiet at all.

Pleasant but probably wouldn't return

Food good, lots of choice. Nice beach. Comfy beds

Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, pushchairs etc. No lifts and rooms are on 3 floors. Huge complex with lots of steps. The pool/pool area by the restaurant was extremely dirty most days. Restaurant isn't big enough for the hotel so had to line up and wait at every meal time. Rooms are basic but clean. Lots of young families with very loud kids so avoid if you don't appreciate the noise!
