Breakfast has always been very very good and my wife and I have stayed in various rooms on previous years and all have always been happy - third floor this time so a bit of a climb..
We love the location as near Fast Ferry port and bang in the centre of Cowes with the N0.1 bus so close..
Nothing to complain about..

Have stayed here twice now to take our daughter to college. The location is great the staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean well equipped and breakfast was amazing great value for money We will be back .
Would be nice to have aircon on hot days but they did supply us with a fan and for the price we can’t complain

great location ,no parking so allow £45 for this up the road for 5 days, 5min walk
rooms are tired & carpet flat & need painting & staff are very helpful , if your booking don’t stay in room 15 as it’s over the kitchen & the noise was unbearable throu the 1st night but they did move us to room 2 for the rest of our visit 👏thanks for that ,
apart from that breakfast10/10
