A year ago we booked into another Newquay hotel nearby on the front and said never again as they were so rude and unhelpful. Later we had a fine for not paying parking on the day we left.
So, our relatives said next time try the Pentire.
On arrival at the Pentire, ELLIE (she wanted her name in capitals) on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and we could see the sea too.
The bar service was excellent as was the evening meal.
Shaun (MMA from Leeds) was clearly managing the services very professionally.
Thank you for a lovely stay and we’ll definitely be back.

Clean and tidy
Dog friendly areas but as a single traveller and paid for breakfast… that was a challenge. One employee had to get me a cup of tea as I wasn’t allowed in the breakfast area with my dog and a hotel guest kindly fetched me some toast. Would imagine it’s ok if you’re travelling with company.
