The spa was amazing, with so many different thermal baths and sauna options. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The amenity kit included a relaxing face mask.
The spa area had too many people. Many people were talking very loud (including one person making a call inside a relax room), people were smoking outside next to the thermal baths). Some of the baths were visibly dirty, with some hair/plastic/algae floating. The place has a lot of potential and the price is too high for the capacity it allows or the cleaning standards.
The restaurant has a sign on the door saying lunch from 12-15. We went for lunch at 14:30 and were informed that lunch is only available until 14:00 (while we, surprised, pointed at the signed in the door). The staff allowed us to take some food from the buffet but we ended up rushing and paying 60 EUR for an uncomfortable lunch of a mini plate of cheese and prosciutto as the staff clearly needed us to leave.

The spa and the view from the room were stunning!
When we first checked in, we noticed large blood stains on the bed sheets. After informing the staff, we were initially asked to change the sheets ourselves. Eventually, a staff member came to replace them, but did so with a visibly annoyed attitude and without offering an apology.
At check-out, we raised the issue again with the receptionist, who was apologetic. However, when she attempted to contact the manager, she was told they were busy and showed little concern. This situation represents a serious health and safety issue.
Additionally, no form of compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered. While the hotel itself and the overall experience were otherwise pleasant, this incident was extremely unpleasant and handled very poorly.
