This is my second time staying at this hotel. Love it. Spacious room, clean, comfortable, easy access from the station and to the attractions nearby, affordable rate, paid laundry downstairs, next door groceries and free latte matcha and coffee everyday. Great!

There are many restaurants and convenience stores/supermarkets nearby.
The first day of my arrival, I was served by a male receptionist who constantly giving me a “eye rolling “ attitude when he couldn’t find my booking. And they charged me price differently that is stated in booking.com . He mentioned there’s a “staying hotel tax” which costs me additional of MYR3xx . He said it is normal in Japan , but when I moved to another hotel in Osaka on day 5, the other hotel charged me the same amount as stated in booking.com. And there were nothing like a staying hotel tax in another hotel.
So please be aware of this hotel’s policy .
