La struttura non è lontana dal centro storico di Ferrara. Parcheggio comodo.
La struttura è potenzialmente bella ma molto molto trascurata. Nel week end in cui abbiamo soggiornato era aperto solo il bar esterno e non è stato comodo fare la prima colazione. Il propietario si è giustifcato dicendo che erano cambiate le temperature da pochi giorni ma per me un host deve garantire la stessa qualità dei servizi ad ogni ospite pagante.
in più avevamo prenotato una stanza "deluxe" ma onestamente non abbiamo compreso in cosa differiva da una matrimoniale base, l'abbiamo trovata assolutamente inadeguata per la tariffa pagata (materasso scomodo, bagno vecchio e kit cortesia praticamente inesistente).
E in ultimo attenzione al supplemento animali. E' vero che nell'annuncio è scritto che può essere previsto un supplemento ma quando ho comunicato che andavo con i miei quadrupedi non mi è stato specifcata la tariffa aggiuntiva e me la sono ritrovata direttamente nel conto finale.
