This place was beautiful and the owner and staff are absolutely wonderful. Pool was clean, the honour system for wine/drinks was a nice touch and the rooms and showers were spacious. Fruit trees around the property were very cool and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Truly enjoyed our stay.
Wasn't bad if you have a car, but the location was not the best if your looking to visit Modena or Bologna. Not awful, but not the best.

Excellent accommodation in a historical villa with all the required modern amenities. Well looked after by the staff who were very helpful with local attractions and restaurant bookings. Great pool to relax in as well.

The venue was stunningly beautiful and the host was generous with their hospitality! Every room filled with gorgeous antiques and fresh flowers from the onsite gardens. Our room was huge! Equipped with Beaty and charm yet modern with power converters and plenty of space. The bathroom had a separate large soaking tub and large modern shower. The surrounding grounds were flower filled and the modern swimming pool provided the relaxing haven we were looking for after a busy 3 week trip. The host greeted us with a smile and welcome refreshments plus they assisted us with arranging transportion and set us up with an outstanding wine tasting onsite! Truly a highlight of our Italy tour.
The main sleeping room had air conditioning that was more than an adequate. The separate sitting room was equipped with a fan, on a hot day it was a little roomer in that one room that we prefer. Overall stunning spot - we want to return one day.
