Familiar and nice place. Ideal to rest and disconect. Best part: the restaurant and its fish dishes!

the balcony was the best part, in the evening we could be there staring at the sky.

I like a lot the place. Maybe the bad part is the mosquitos, there are too much, but this has nothing to do with the hotel so it was really perfect.

Exceptional

The staff was very helpful. There was a private party at the hotel when we arrived and we didn't have restaurant reservation. They agreed to have us despite being so busy. We had a very nice evening with good food.

Bed and breakfast with no frills.

The hotel was chosen for its proximity to Riet Vell and beach (walking distance) and easy drive to other birding spots in that area of the Delta. It suited us fine in this respect. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable (except the pillow!) Breakfast was an acceptable choice of of bacon, eggs, cheese, cooked meats, cereals, pastries and fruit. We also had an evening meal and the steaks were superb. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

This is a "no frills" hotel. If all you need is a clean room and decent breakfast it will suffice. However, it lacks things that these days you would expect as standard... No tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom. No hairdryer - though you could request one at reception. (!) No fridge either - really missed having a bottle of cold water to hand during the very warm night - and it was only May! The bedroom, though clean, had minimum furniture and absolutely bare white walls, not a mirror or picture, which made it very characterless. Although the bed itself was comfortable, sleep was spoiled by an awful bolster pillow! (An old-fashioned concept - no?) How are two people supposed to get individually comfortable with just one, long, shared pillow? The bathroom- clean, but again, rather dated fittings and an unadjustable shower head that was fixed at chest height. It looked like there had been a higher fitting but it was broken and not replaced. In a nutshell - extremely stripped back provisions. I've had far far better facilities at the same price point.
