Our 2 nights at the Ibex Desert Inn were wonderful! We were received very warmly and upgraded to a garden room. The room was very clean, with a small kitchen area, a lounge with a tv and sofa, and a bathroom on the first floor, and 3 twin beds (two set up as a double) on the second floor. The shower was strong and hot! There were extra linens, and heat/ac, which we did turn on as the night was a bit chilly. A private sitting area outside the room, as well as a large outdoor area with chairs, a hammock and sofas offered many options for sitting and chatting. An indoor common area was available 24 hrs, and had a large screen TV, games, coffee and hot/ cold water. The breakfast (available from 8:30-9:30) was simple (eggs, bread, salad, cheeses, olives) but filling and tasty. A cute artsy area with galleries, workshops and restaurants/coffee shops was a 2 minute walk away and the Ramon Crater was a 5 minute drive.

Our room, the loft was excellent. The space was perfect for the 6 of us as a family. We had a fire pit outside and two showers and two loos. Steaming hot shower, excellent breakfasts. Homemade labeneh and honemade jam. The staff were excellent and friendly. Overall a really pleasant stay. Will definitely be back. Thankyou.
There was a slight damp smell as we walked into our room. The heating air conditioning unit we were asked to turn off as it disturbed the person sleeping next door.

The room was just ok, the Bathroom not very clean…
Had contact with staff just by WhatsApp, nobody appeared to receive welcome us … but we expected a warm full welcome at breakfast , someone to say hello and be more kind, but the service was just cold and without personality
