The room was very clean and had everything needed for a quick stay.
The checkin has water and light snacks available during the day.
The location is central with several restaurants and a convenience store located 2 min away but it isn't somewhere to stay for a view.
The building and hallways are outdated and smell very strongly of smoke, even though the room was clean and ok.
They definitely took advantage of the weekend being busy to hike up prices and for the price, it would be expected that the main areas would be clean.
It's comparative to an older motel but at the pricing of a nice hotel. Definitely not good value for for what you receive.

Location is good - once you go through the very unappealing entrance (or lack of it), the rooms are comfortable
Sitting in top of shops and food stalls, Igor area and none existent entrance with stairs.

The place was nice but extremely noisy.
I could hear a loud compressor all night, it was very bothersome.
Besides that, it was ok.
