Hotel and staff work good and helpful
I think room service is poor as it closes in hotel like this you would expect 24 hour room service even if only a sandwich also they charged me more than quoted saying it would be paid back too my card still not recieved

Very convenient location, just 15 minutes’ drive from Dortmund, yet peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by forest. A great place to unwind. The breakfasts were tasty, and even the repeated menu did not bother us. We also really appreciated the well-working A/C, which was a real blessing during the heat in Germany.
What made the stay truly special was the staff: Micha at reception was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially as we were traveling with our cat, possibly the hotel’s first feline guest.
Bogdana from housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Even though the hotel is very pet-friendly, everything felt exceptionally clean.

Cooling was adequate but not very cold, AC was a little noisy.
I left my Bose In ear phones in the room, $250.00 value, the hotel did not contact me to return them to me.
