Location was great and the food was really good
Our view wasn’t the best and a bit of damage to bathroom ceiling but didn’t affect our stay

Good location staff friendly
That you now have to pay for the tea coffee milk to be topped up in your room

Friendly helpful staff and excellent location. The hotel itself is brilliant and the food is great. See you again next year.

Not very much this time
When you go out all day and come back to find your room hasn't been done and having to phone down to reception...also restaurant staff would rather watch a freak show than serve customers...when having a late flight home and you can't get to keep the room till 18.00 because they are fully booked but you can't ask to keep the room on until the morning you are going away..and for the amount of times I have been in that hotel I've never been refused to keep it till 18.00
