I really liked the staff and the location. Staff was always helpful and very friendly. Hospitality was therefore great. Also, the hotel is in a very good location near the Marina.
The thing I didn’t like was that our safebox was broken our whole stay. And the fact that the safebox wasn’t attached to the closet. This means that even if we could use the safebox, someone could just take the whole safebox with them which defeats it’s whole purpose. Safeboxes should be attached so no one can take it.

Staff hardly speaks English and rude.
No extra pillows
Bathroom smelled like sewage
Refrigerator in my room did not work.

Location
They don't clean very well the rooms, they didn't provide us with hand towels even though after many calls.
One of the staff on the reception was rude.
